Personal training with a partner or a small group of friends is becoming an increasingly popular choice for many clients who not only see it as a great way of increasing motivation but also an ideal way of sharing the cost.

Partner Personal Training
Many of our clients choose to share their personal training sessions with a spouse, parent, sibling, work colleague or a friend, as it's a perfect way of sharing the cost of sessions. It's also a great way to boost your confidence and stay focused as you each have a common commitment to reaching your fitness goals. With a friendly element of competition and camaraderie, you'll be able to push one another when the going gets tough making you less inclined to want to give up. You will also enjoy the shared sense of achievement that comes from getting through a challenging workout together.

Partner personal training sessions are built around the goals of both yourself and your partner. Whether you're looking to lose weight together, tone up or simply get into shape for a sports or fitness event, then our personal trainers will tailor a partner program that will help you both to see results quickly. Even if you and your partner have differing levels of strength and fitness, our personal trainers are experienced in developing partner training programs that suit your individual abilities. This means that although you'll be training together, you'll still be pushed individually, ensuring that you work at the pace that's right for you.

Small Group Personal Training
For those who are interested in training with a group of friends, workmates or family members, we offer highly effective small group personal training sessions for between 3 to 10 people that can take place at your home, your workplace or in your local park. The more friends you can get together to join your session, the cheaper it is for each of you.

We will build a workout that is tailored to your group's fitness ability and exercise goals. Typically sessions involve circuit training, bodyweight exercises, boxercise, kettlebell and resistance training, as well as team fitness games designed to keep each session fun and varied.

We can also tailor group personal training sessions around specific areas of interest that your group may have, including our 'runfit' group running clubs, TRX suspension training classes, kettlebell workouts, circuits and fitness bootcamp training. Please contact usto discuss your group's requirements.
